Privacy Policy
1. Data Protection at a Glance
The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit our website. Personal data is any data with which you can be personally identified. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.
2. General Information and Mandatory Details
Controller (Responsible Entity for Data Processing):
KAISER TRANS, prevozništvo in gradbena mehanizacija, d.o.o. OB GOZDU 23B 2352 SELNICA OB DRAVI Slovenia
Represented by: Matjaž Kaiser (Managing Director / CEO)
Contact Information: Phone: +386 (41) 558 295 E-mail: matjaz.kaiser@gmail.com Website: www.MatjazKaiser.com
The controller is the natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.
Legal Basis for Data Processing:
Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subject for processing operations of personal data, Art. 6 (1) lit. a of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) serves as the legal basis. For the processing of personal data necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary for carrying out pre-contractual measures. Insofar as the processing of personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR serves as the legal basis. If processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by our company or by a third party, and such interests are not overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing.
Data Security:
We secure our website and other systems through technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification, or distribution of your data by unauthorized persons. Despite regular checks, complete protection against all dangers is not possible.
3. Data Collection on Our Website
a) Server Log Files
When you visit our website, the web host automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
- Hostname of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address
These data are not merged with other data sources. The collection of these data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically flawless presentation and optimization of its website – for this purpose, server log files must be recorded.
b) Contact Forms
If you send us inquiries via a contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent. The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal message by e-mail is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out before the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation. The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent for storage, or the purpose for data storage ceases to apply (e.g., after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – especially retention periods – remain unaffected.
4. Cookies
Our website uses technically necessary cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device and do not cause any damage. They serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective, and secure. Most of the cookies we use are “session cookies.” They are automatically deleted after your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit. You can configure your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and to allow cookies only in individual cases, to exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and to activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited. The storage of technically necessary cookies is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services.
5. Plugins and Tools (Example Section – Adapt to your actual website)
